Biodanza is a system of personal transformation using music, dance, playfulness, connection and meditation.  Rolando Toro, a clinical psychologist and anthropologist from Chile, developed the Biodanza system in 1965, and it is now being practised in over 90 countries around the world!

Maria's Bio-Dance is inspired by Biodanza, with an additional infusion of elements from various Energy Healing practises - so whilst playing, laughing, connecting and meditating, a powerful Healing is also being received at a deep cellular level...

A heart-opening experience that celebrates the joys and pleasures of being ALIVE, in the moment... Expansiveness and Transformational Healing at all levels: Physical, Emotional and Spiritual.

No previous dance experience required – all is perfect! :-)
